
Fried Rocky Mountain Oysters (Moose Balls)

Ingredients
- 2 sets of Moose Testicles (4 individual testicles)
- 4 tbsp flour (seasoned)
- 2 tbsp Camp Chef Southern Blend Spice Mix (or any other pre-made chicken spice)
- ½ Cup Milk (or cream)
- High Temp Oil (Grape Seed or Vegetable)
- S&P
- Dipping Sauce: 4tbsp mayo (miracle whip), 4 tsp ketchup, 2 tsp yellow mustard, fresh pepper.
Directions
- Carefully remove testicles from their pouches so they are left intact.
- Slice into medallions.
- Season testicles with S&P.
- Mix dipping sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Mix flour and spice mix.
- Dip testicles into a bowl of milk, then dredge in flour and shake off the excess.
- Fry in oil over medium high heat, just 3-4min each side, or until golden brown.
- Place cooked oysters on sheet pan with rack and season with salt while they are still hot.
- Serve with the dipping sauce.
