Moose heart steaks
- Clean out your heart with water.
- Trim off top fat layer and cut into the chambers.
- Carefully trim off the tough interior walls and out section until a clean steak is left. Try to cut all pieces to about a ½ – ¼” thick.
- Marinate the heart steaks in a combination of Oil, Worcestershire Sauce, Steak Spice, Beef OXO & Chili Powder. Let sit in marinade for at least a few hours.
- Cook on BBQ over med-high heat until medium-rare for best results.
