Moose heart steaks

 

  1. Clean out your heart with water.
  2. Trim off top fat layer and cut into the chambers.
  3. Carefully trim off the tough interior walls and out section until a clean steak is left. Try to cut all pieces to about a ½ – ¼” thick.
  4. Marinate the heart steaks in a combination of Oil, Worcestershire Sauce, Steak Spice, Beef OXO & Chili Powder. Let sit in marinade for at least a few hours.
  5. Cook on BBQ over med-high heat until medium-rare for best results.
